California Privacy Notice

Additional privacy information for California residents.

Product preview notice. This notice currently describes the eDrive website and pre-launch interactions. It will be updated before production customer storage and paid services launch.

1. Scope

This notice supplements the eDrive Privacy Policy for California residents and is intended to address rights and disclosures that may apply under California privacy law.

2. Categories of information

During product preview, eDrive may process identifiers and contact information you provide, internet or electronic activity associated with visits to the website, communications you send to us, and security or diagnostic information. Future production services may process customer files, photos, metadata, AI interactions, connected-service information and billing records, and this notice will be updated before those services launch.

3. Purposes

Information may be used to operate and secure the website, manage early access and newsletters, respond to requests, improve products, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and provide features you request.

4. Sale and sharing

eDrive is being designed as a Personal AI Cloud rather than an advertising exchange. We will update this notice if future practices create California “sale” or “sharing” obligations or opt-out rights under applicable law.

5. Your California rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, California residents may have rights to know about personal information, request deletion or correction, receive certain information in portable form, opt out of certain sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise rights without discriminatory treatment.

6. Requests

California privacy requests may be sent to:

eFind, LLC
1420 East Roseville Parkway, Suite 140-354
Roseville, CA 95661
legal@efind.com

You may also use the eDrive Contact page and select Privacy / Legal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may request information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records.

7. Authorized agents

Where California law allows an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may request proof of the agent’s authority and may also need to verify your identity directly where permitted.

8. Changes

This notice will evolve as eDrive’s production services, data practices and legal obligations become final.
