eDrive is a Personal AI Cloud being designed to store your files, photos, documents, videos and memories while using AI to help you find, organize and understand them.

Traditional cloud storage primarily helps you store and organize files. eDrive is designed to add an intelligent layer that lets you search naturally, ask questions, summarize information and discover what you have saved.

eDrive is currently in product preview. Early access and general availability are planned to expand in stages.

Ask eDrive is the planned AI experience for finding, summarizing, comparing and understanding information using ordinary language.

The goal is to let you ask questions such as “Find the receipt for our refrigerator,” “Show me photos from Hawaii,” or “Summarize these documents,” subject to the files and features you choose to make available.

eDrive is being designed to combine search, metadata and AI understanding so you do not have to rely only on exact filenames or folder locations.

AI assistance is intended to help you find and understand information. Any features that can modify, organize or delete customer content should use clear customer controls and permissions.

No. Folders can remain useful. eDrive is designed to make remembering exactly where something was stored much less important.

Photos and videos are part of the intended eDrive product direction. Exact formats, limits and availability will be announced as the product develops.

Third-party integrations are part of the product direction. Specific services will be announced only as integrations become available.

Storage limits have not been finalized. Planned Free, Plus, Family and Business options may offer different storage allowances.

You retain ownership of the files, photos, documents and other content you place in eDrive. eDrive needs limited rights to process that content to provide the features you choose to use.

eDrive is being designed with security, encryption, access controls and clear permissions in mind. Detailed production security practices will be published as the architecture is finalized.

Access will depend on your account, permissions, features you choose and the service providers required to operate eDrive. The production Privacy Policy will explain these relationships in detail.

The production architecture and provider agreements are still being finalized. Before private customer content is accepted, eDrive will publish clear information about whether and how customer content may be used for model improvement or training.

eDrive is being designed around meaningful customer control. Applicable privacy rights may include access, deletion and portability, and product controls will be documented as they become available.

Free, Plus, Family and Business are currently part of the planned product direction. Final features and pricing may change before launch.
